All projects are completed in compliance with the Buildings Ordinance and the Specification/Standard as stipulated by the Architectural Services Department and various engineering departments of HKSAR. Our registered professionals in engineering team, project team and design team are well integrated to ensure engineering, procurement and construction process to be completed within budget and timeframe.

GWC head of design team and project team to ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with the statutory requirements, international standard, design drawings, and most importantly to meet client unique requirements. Entire team from GWC will comprehensively manage the quality, cost, construction period, etc. to exceed the client expectation.

GWC has qualified engineers to complete building services installation and facility upgrading to residential properties, industrial buildings, commercial buildings, and public facilities:
(a) electricity supply system, water supply system, drainage system
(b) air-conditioning and ventilation system

alteration and addition works
Great Wall Construction design team has in-house authorized persons to ensure design proposal to be feasible in getting all government approval, to control the works proposal in a cost effective manner, to obtain the prior consents for works commencement from government timely, and to certify the works completion to meet move-in schedule and grand opening for business operation.


maintenance and repair works
Great Wall Construction has technical managers to support property and facility management team to provide various services for occupied properties. Common work items include:

improvement project from mandatory building inspection
GWC has registered personnel to support property owners to comply with the Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme and Fire Safety Improvement Works for entire buildings. ​ All required improvement works shall be specified based on comprehensive investigation and building diagnosis.


minor works
Great Wall Construction has maintenance manager to support customer services during maintenance free period and also to provide various services for occupied properties. Common work items include:

- Erection, alteration or removal of drains or fittings above ground
- Alteration, removal, repair or replacement of protective barriers
- Construction, alteration, repair or removal of window/glass facades
- Removal of protrusions from buildings or unauthorised structures
- Erection, alteration, removal or consolidation of canopies or structures or supports of non-concrete constructions
